2011年底了竟被这无赖moneybookers气到无语了，12月20日从我的moneybookers帐户中电汇700USD到我的中国银行帐户，在电汇时被moneybookers扣掉约2.5USD，5天后美元到账时竟然只剩下661USD了。

欲哭无泪，欲诉无门啊，好不容易将他们藏在网站深处的客服email地址找出来，写了email去询问谁偷了我的钱快快还给我之类的，竟然说：“ your withdrawal has been processed as an international transfer and as you have been informed prior to instructing the payment, further charges apply on behalf of intermediary banks. In this sense, reversal of charges applied on behalf of another institution will not be possible .”
以及其它一堆copy+paste的123456条，不能接受，再问为何之前电汇过都只收2.5usd的，为何这次被扣掉这许多,搞笑的是这鬼moneybookers竟然不能回复他们回复我们的email,要登录帐户去寻找再发表我们的观点地方，这个地方是多么的难找以后你们有机会去找找就知道了，又被回复：
“Further to your inquiry, we would like to inform you that as of recently, due to business restrictions we changed the bank through which USD withdrawals are processed. Thus, the fees charged by intermediary banks may also differ.

We apologise for this inconvenience, however, fees imposed by the intermediary banks processing your withdrawal, being outside of our system are beyond our reasonable control.”
仍不甘心，便问可不可以帮忙查询此笔电汇到底是如何被中转行扣掉这么多钱的，是按照什么百分比来扣取的还是什么其它比例来扣的，要给我个说法，还问如果我对这个乱收费不满，可不可以将电汇取消等问题，几天后回复如下：
”We would like to kindly inform you, however, that for the purposes of a withdrawal transaction, Skrill (Moneybookers) is a payer and not a payment service provider, and we rely on intermediary services to execute the transactions.

Also, your bank wire withdrawal has been processed as international transfer, and those payment might be subject to receiving/ intermediary bank charges imposed by the processing banks to complete the transaction (as displayed on our site when you initiate the withdrawal).

Unfortunately, we have no control over the tariffs of the correspondent and intermediary banks, nor can we determine what fees they might charge for the transaction. Therefore, we would not be able to provide such information prior to the withdrawal as it is beyond our reasonable control.

We would like to confirm, however, as stated in our previous correspondence that we will be working with our partners in order to minimize the additional fees involved. Unfortunately, we would not be able to provide any time-frames at this point.

Additionally, we would like to kindly inform you that since your withdrawal has already been processed and the funds have reached your bank account, we would not be able to cancel the transaction and refund it to your account balance.“
怪到中转行，我们又查不到中转行到底如何扣钱的，
so,才700USD被扣掉39啊，约5.6%的费用啊，看来以后moneybookers的电汇是做不起了，不知有没有人试过他们的支票取现，情况如何，也不知最近是否有人像我的这次moneybookers电汇取现被扣掉39USD手续费的情况呢？
